Agricultural Autonomous Robot - Circuit Diagram

  •   The circuit is powered by +12V DC Lead battery. +12V is given to three DC motors through relay drivers.
  •  The circuit is centrally controlled by 40-pin AT89S51 Microcontroller. The microcontroller works on +5V DC supply which is given by regulator IC 7805 at Pin number 31 and Pin number 40.
  • Port 2 is set as Output port for relay drivers and Port 3 is set as Input port for MAX 232.
  • Pin no. 21 ( P2.0 ) and Pin no. 22 ( P2.1) of micro-controller are connected to the Relay Driver 1 and Relay Driver 2 respectively which are used to control the synchronous forward and asynchronous moving operations of the two DC motors connected to the caster wheels .
  • Pin number 23 ( P2.2) and Pin number 24 ( P2.3) are connected to the Relay Driver 3 and Relay Driver 4 which is used to control the single DC motor connected to the handle for seed dropping mechanism.
  •  Pin number 11 and Pin number 12 of MAX232 IC is connected to the Pin number 10 (RXD) and Pin number 11 (TXD) of the AT89S51 Microcontroller for executing program in micro-controller.
  • Pin number 13, 14, 15 of MAX232 are connected to the Pin number 2, 3, and 5 of DB9 Female Connector which is used for interfacing computer with the bot.
  • Pin number 18 (XTAL2) and Pin number 19 (XTAL1) of the microcontroller are connected to crystal oscillator having frequency 11.0592MHz with two capacitors C1 (33pF) and C2 (33pF) connected in parallel.
  • Pin number 9 (RST) of micro-controller is connected to the reset switch having 10mF capacitor for resetting the circuit.
