Wall Painting Robot - Abstract And Aim Of Project

ABSTRACT:-

An automatic painting device, there is a vertical tract no, a point applicable slightly coupled to the vertical track member, a top bracketing drive mechanical coupled to a top of the vertical track member a bottom bracketing drive mechanism coupled to a bottom of the vertical member opposite the top bracketing drive mechanism.

A power module in communication with the top bracketing mechanism and a control module in communication with the power module the top bracketing drive mechanism includes, a top horizontal at arm member, a top vertical arm member a top bracket wheel, a first front bracket wheel a second front bracket wheel, a top rear arm member and a rear bracket wheel the bottom drives mechanism includes a bottom horizontal arm member and a bottom first front wheel.
AIM OF PROJECT:-

1.      The objective is to formulate a micro controller based mobile robot for automatically spray-painting internal walls, especially useful for the first coat where less subtlety is required.
2.      The task of painting is a time consuming one. Automation in this field would at least substitute humans in applying the first coat of paint, thus saving the valuable labor hours of working.
3.      Also, the fact that long exposure to paint and varnishes damages the human health has been proving. So the advent of automation will help to get rid of this hazard.
4.      The automated painting robot was to be designed with the vision to facilitate easy wall painting.
5.      The robot has to be placed facing a wall in the room. The robot will automatically adjust itself so that the right side, where the spry nozzle is placed faces the wall. It then moves towards the extreme right side of the wall and starts painting the wall vertically and slightly moving towards the left after finishing the vertical section.
6.      Being a prototype design, the painting section is limited in height.
